Miller is credited as a composer on "Angel".
The effort is admirable but to me it didn't quite come off as well as it could have done. It is an improvement on "Swear" (just) as it does try to move things forward and did intrigue me at least in seeing what would happen in proceeding episodes, which that episode did not, but doesn't do it entirely successfully. "Sing Me a Song" however was another episode of 'The Walking Dead' to leave me very torn, and while it is easy to see to some extent why it was critically praised it is actually even easier to see why it has been divisive here and elsewhere. So of course a large part of me wanted "Sing Me a Song" to be an episode that would gain momentum and progress things finally (being somebody who mostly didn't care for this season), and it really had potential to. It didn't really go very far and felt too much like filler. While the previous episode "Swear" to me was not that bad, as there were a few things about it (like it being a calmer change of pace and such) that were appreciated, it was also not too good either.
